SPSS for Windows Web-Based Training Rules & Policies
Please review the following guidelines for rules and policies.
Log-on Information
Your personal log-on information (example):
Username: email address
Password: 123456789 (Customer Contact ID#)
Course Access
Before accessing your course for the first time, we ask that you please wait 24 hours or one (1) business day to allow for processing your order.
User Name and Password
You will be required to enter a user name and a password. Your user name will typically be your current e-mail address (or a shorter version of your email address if it is too long). Your password is your Customer
Contact ID number. Please keep this information in a secure place. If you do not know your Contact ID number, please contact us.
Technical Support
If you should experience any technical difficulties with your Web Based Training course, you may contact technical support by phone, fax or email.
For questions related to the course content, refer to the Ask the Expert feature in your WBT course.
Duration and Rules
Your access to the Web-Based Training course lasts for one year, beginning 24 hours or one (1) business day after the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and violators will lose access privileges.
Cancellation Policy
Access to your Web-Based Training course is for your personal use only and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel your access at any time if it is determined that access privileges are not being used
appropriately.
