The Web-Based Training Basics and Intermediate courses are equivalent to our two popular public training classes of the same name.
The Basics course is designed with the SPSS beginner in mind, the objective is to get you up to speed in SPSS quickly and easily. As with the public class, you will learn the basics of data definition, data analysis and presentation of your results. You will also see how easy it is to get your data into SPSS, conduct your analysis, interpret your output, and publish your results. In addition to the fundamentals, you will learn many shortcuts that will save you time and money.
The Intermediate course focuses on ways to automate your work, manipulate your data files and results, and send your output to other Windows applications. You will learn how to merge data sets and use ChartLooks to customize the look of your graphs.
Web-Based Training (WBT) is instruction that is delivered via a browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, through the Internet. WBT is ideal for delivering software training to individuals anywhere,
anytime.
Note: The current versions of SPSS Web-based training cannot be run with Microsoft's new release of Windows Media Player, version 9. Please use an earlier version of Windows Media Player to run these programs.
