Once your analysis is complete, you usually need to summarize results so non-technical audiences can understand them. The goal of the reporting stage, therefore, is to create easy-to-understand results from your data
analysis so decision makers can quickly understand and act upon your information. That's why SPSS for Windows provides you with a wide range of ways to report results. With SPSS for Windows, you have:
A variety of charts and graphs: SPSS for Windows 15.0 includes a number of chart types so you can provide the right visual to describe your results. Graph types include:
- Categorical charts (including several types of bar, line, area, pie and boxplot charts)
- Quality control charts (including Pareto, X-Bar and Sigma charts)
- Histograms and scatterplots (including overlay, matrix and 3-D graphs)
- Diagnostic and exploratory plots (including caseplots and time-series plots)
- Probability plots (including plots of observed and expected values)
- Autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation function plots (including natural log transformations and seasonal and nonseasonal differencing)
- Cross-correlation function plots (also including natural log transformations and seasonal and nonseasonal differencing)

chart types available in previous versions of SPSS for Windows but includes frequently requested features and updates that result in smoother, easier report building and improved readability and appearance of

The presentation graphics system in SPSS for Windows 15.0
provides you with frequently requested features you can use in your charts to more clearly present results. These features include:
- Long string support that ensures you can show longer variable and value labels in their entirety
- Smart text wrapping that ensures longer variable labels wrap at intelligent breaks
- Smart assignment of default tick values for scale axes (e.g., 10, 20, 30, instead of 13.2, 22.2, 32.2)
- Minimal text element collision/overlap
- Minimum and maximum scale axis values
- Lines in scatterplots
- 3-D effects for pie and bar charts
- Binning on scatterplots
- The ability to control the placement of chart objects such as the legend, title, etc.
- Axis labels that you can display, align and edit
- Charts you can annotate. You can also control the position of annotations and the frames surrounding annotations.

REPORT or LIST command: If you want to report cases in your SPSS for Windows file, use SPSS and the REPORT or LIST command.

can take millions of rows and aggregate them in an OLAP cube to make them meaningful in seconds empowering you to easily examine all kinds of data.
Easy export to Excel: Export pivot tables, including the current view or all layers to a current version of Excel. This empowers you to put your SPSS for Windows
tables (including those created in the SPSS for Windows Tables add-on module) on the same sheet or on separate sheets in the same Excel workbook file.
Easy export to Word: Export SPSS for Windows
