The control for page color can be found under the Page Setup dialog box, under the Page Layout tab. Page Setup can be opened from either the graph page right-click menu, or under the File menu.
- Right click the page (not the graph) and choose Page Setup.
- Select the Page Layout tab, and select your page color.
