- "Regarding Biblioscape, I started to use Endnote 2.0 in 1994 when I was still a graduate student at Duke
University. After Endnote 3.0, the software stopped to support Asian fonts (Japanese, Korean and Chinese) and the nightmare have since then never stopped. In fact, the way Endnote 3.0 supports
Chinese fonts are largely crippled. When you type Chinese characters, they are not recognizable and
you have to wait til it is saved. EndNote is now at its 7th or 8th version. Every time it upgrades, I hoped
and was frustrated. I mailed to the company numerous times (almost begging) but the only reply is "We
do not offer this function." For so many years, given there were no other choices, I still recommended
the EndNote 3.0 to my colleagues. My worst nightmare is that one day the EndNote 3.0 would cease to
be compatible with newer versions of Windows. My anxiety has been piling up over the years. Today, I
regularly check online to see if there's new version of EndNote coming out and luckily it will support
Chinese fonts, as I typed "EndNote" on Google the right hand corner showed up something fresh
"Biblioscape"! That's how I am finally saved by your software! I just checked and realized that
Biblioscape supports Asian fonts perfectly! And the interface is far better than the Endnote! Just want to
thank you for your great product! (I suggest you put more frequently the word "endnote" on your homepage so that the powerful search engine Google could lead more people away from it!"

journal names, keywords, etc.) as an MSWord dictionary file. This has made a significant impact in
improving the ability of MSWord to identify true spelling errors. Before, the number of falsely identified
spelling errors of my very scientific documents were so numerous that I didn't bother to do spell checks.
